the process 

01.  The meeting

Firstly, we will set up a meeting onsite to discuss any questions you may have, have a look at the access and talk about the budget.

02.  The planning

You may have site plans already and we can work with them, if not we will need to appoint an architect or draftsman, depending on the project.

We can work together to get a concept set of plans and we can work on the estimate costings based on that.

If everyone is happy then we can finalize the drawings ready for DA process with council.

03. APPROVALS

When you have plans approved from council for Development Application then we can go back to the Architect / Draftsman for a more detailed drawing.

Then they will start to gather all the information required for council for the construction certificate.

04. Estimates and expectations

Once all plans are finalized and all conditions completed by council we can then start to work on a more detailed estimate of your job.

We will then meet onsite to discuss the more detailed estimate and make sure we are working together to keep the estimate within your budget.

05. APPOINT A CERTIFIER

The last stage would be to appoint a certifier, sort out Homeowners Warranty Insurance and sign contracts.

Then we are ready to start.
